In order to ensure that EVERY COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURE IS TAKEN and to keep everyone’s best interest in mind, we will be proceeding with some extra safety protocols to ensure everyone stays as safe as possible.
Anyone who is having any symptoms of COVID-19 or has had any direct contact with someone with COVID-19 is not allowed into the building. If you need to question whether or not you should come in, please take the safe route and stay home for the day.
LIMIT BELONGINGS: Please limit the amount of belongings you bring in just a water bottle and car keys in order to avoid clutter, potential lost items and unnecessary cross contamination.
ENTER BUILDING 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS: For example, if your class time is 5:30am, you enter the building at 5:25am and go into the 2nd floor main room. Please wait here for one of the coaches to take your temperature and then invite you into the Dub Fitness area.
COACH TO DIRECT WHEN TO ENTER: When instructed, go directly to your exercise area. The equipment will have been wiped down twice; once by the previous class member and again in between classes by the Coach.
POST-CLASS CLEANUP: After class please spray your paper towel wipe down your equipment (not the floor we will do that) and arrange the weights back to how they were when you arrived. Please exit out of the pink camouflage door located in the back of the room as soon as you have finished cleaning.
RESTROOM: Emergencies only. Showers will not be open for use.
UPDATED MASK POLICY: We want to acknowledge that we are aware of the governor's updated mask policy, and want to ensure you that we are still fully operating within the recommended guidelines. Within these new guidelines, wearing your mask is optional during a workout, as all clients are 6 ft apart. However, masks will be required for wear while:
